Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Tripple G RV Repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Tripple G RV Repair provides professional RV and camper repair services including:

  • Engine repair and diagnostics
  • Brake system service
  • Electrical system repair
  • Plumbing and water system maintenance
  • Air conditioning service
  • Appliance repair
  • Emergency roadside assistance

Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency situations or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide written estimates for all repair work. The final cost may vary from the estimate due to:

  • Additional problems discovered during repair
  • Parts availability and pricing changes
  • Changes in labor requirements

We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Personal checks (with proper identification)
  • Credit and debit cards

A service charge may apply to returned checks. Past due accounts may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees.

Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and stand behind all parts warranties as provided by manufacturers. Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship
  • Failure of properly installed parts under normal use
  • Compliance with industry standards

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer abuse, or subsequent damage.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about RV problems
  • Removing personal items from RV before service
  • Prompt payment for services
  • Following maintenance recommendations
  • Reporting warranty issues promptly

Limitation of Liability

Tripple G RV Repair's liability is limited to the cost of repair services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Lost time, income, or use of vehicle
  • Personal items left in RV
  • Damages from customer modification of our repairs

Emergency Services

Emergency roadside assistance is provided subject to:

  • Availability of technicians
  • Weather and road conditions
  • Safety considerations
  • Additional charges for after-hours service

Parts and Materials

We use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts. All parts are subject to manufacturer warranties. We reserve the right to substitute comparable parts when original parts are unavailable.

Storage and Abandonment

RVs left on our premises for more than 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees. Vehicles abandoned for more than 60 days may be disposed of according to Alabama law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under Alabama law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
